Myasthenia gravis: the “tired muscle” problem that’s often misread

If you’ve been told it’s “stress,” “just aging,” or “in your head”… and you have:
✔️ droopy eyelids
✔️ double vision
✔️ chewing fatigue
✔️ weak voice by evening
✔️ shortness of breath or muscle weakness with activity
…it may be myasthenia gravis.

The good news: many patients improve a lot with the right treatment plan.

Infusion-based options may be part of care for some patients, including:
✔️ IVIG (often used for flares or significant weakness)
✔️ Monoclonal antibody infusions for certain MG subtypes (when appropriate)
