Valbona Berberi received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South University in 2018. She has been working at Countryside Neurology alongside Dr. Khademi since 2020.

Dr. Jonathan HaddadPT, DPT

Dr. Jonathan Haddad, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, native to Dunedin, Florida area. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and holding a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from University of South Florida. His commitment lies in reducing pain and enhancing quality of life, and promoting effortless movements for individuals. Dr. Haddad believes in a holistic approach, balancing the body and integrating the entire system to optimize functionality and overall the well-being.

Sogand AbbasiPhysician Assistant

Sogand Abbasi graduated from Chatham University’s PA program in Pittsburgh 2023, and she received her bachelor of science in neuroscience from The Ohio State University in 2018. She is excited to be part of Countryside Neurology!

Rohit ThomasPhysician Assistant

Rohit Thomas PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in neurology. He received his Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Nepal in 2008, Masters in Public Health from Florida International University in 2012 and Masters in Physician Assistant from Advent Health University in 2021.

She is an experienced neurology practice manager with 15 years of dedicated service in healthcare administration.
Gerta has proven expertise in streamlining operations, optimizing patient care, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Just visited the doctor’s office an from the beginning the staff was very professional and friendly. My wait was short to see the doctor. First time seeing the doctor and he listened to my medical concerns as he took notes and performed some tests. He made me feel comfortable by being very professional and treating me very skillfully.
