New Treatments We Offer

Infusion Therapy

Infusion Therapy

Neurology infusion therapy is a method of delivering medication directly into a patient’s bloodstream via an IV to treat or manage neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, chronic migraines, and myasthenia gravis. It is used when oral medications are not effective enough or for conditions that require a high concentration of drugs, and it allows for the precise adjustment of dosage and infusion rate to suit individual patient needs.

TMS Therapy

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, FDA-approved procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the brain, primarily to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) that hasn’t responded to medication. It works by targeting specific brain areas involved in mood regulation to improve symptoms and can also be used for other conditions like OCD. It is considered safe and well-tolerated, with no risk of memory loss or cognitive side effects.

What Our Patients Have To Say!

Nicole, my PA or nurse practitioner. can’t remember which was wonderful. She really listened to me and took the time to review my symptoms but developing a plan that is realistic. Follow ups are scheduled in case it’s not working etc. She offered in person or virtual appointments. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful in making new appointments and making sure I understand “the plan”. Parking was easy and the office had a pleasant atmosphere. I was unsure on my first impression outside but inside is very upscale. Overall I am very happy with my care. I am getting good healthcare from caring team members who really listen to me.

This was my first visit to Dr. Kademi’s office. The staff were courteous, and after completing the initial paperwork, I met with one of the assistants. She asked very good questions and noted my concerns. Dr. Khademi-Kermanshahi greeted me and my wife. He put us at ease began a thorough exam. He explained the differences between Parkinson’s and Essential Tremors. My diagnosis, the latter, included a full range of options for treatment plus supplemental web sites for support products. I’ve been taking the medication for one week , and I’ll return for a follow up on 6-7.weeks. I strongly recommend Dr. Kademi and his team.

Met up with Christopher for a nerve test for weak fingers and he found out instantly there was an issue with the nerve signals. Great guy and very professional. The office people were great also and the other doctors. Highly recommend this place.

Very good neurology clinic. The medical professionals here are neurodivergent affirming judging based on my experience having an understanding of different neurotypes. Nicole was very warm and friendly and answered all of my medical questions. I also felt very safe here as a feminine gay guy. It was very affordable and my copay was reasonable also. There wasn’t a long wait time either in my case I was able to get in very quickly and get my answers and then leave with what I needed. I also like that they offer TMS for various conditions.
