The GAD-7 is a screening tool used by medical professionals for generalized anxiety disorder. It also can show the severity of generalized anxiety disorder.
Scores of 5, 10, and 15 are cut off points for mild, moderate, and severe anxiety. If your score is 10 or greater, further evaluation is recommended by a medical professional.
